Ultima Online™: Age of Shadows™ Exclusive Pre-order Offer has ended

To claim your Hooded Shroud of Shadows, follow the instructions below.

This hooded shroud is a permanent, virtual asset for your Ultima Online in-game character, and can never be stolen or lost when your character dies - like normal items can.

If you pre-ordered Ultima Online: Age of Shadows from a participating retailer, you should have received one (1) Hooded Shroud of Shadows validation code for each copy of Ultima Online: Age of Shadows you pre-ordered. Validation Codes were sent, via shipment confirmation email to the email address identified for online orders and handed out at Retail, in-stores, upon purchase of pre-ordered copies of the Ultima Online: Age of Shadows PCCD game.

Once you receive your new Ultima Online: Age of Shadows game, simply;

  1. Create a new Ultima Online: Age of Shadows account or upgrade your current Ultima Online Account to Age of Shadows status.

  2. Be sure to log in to the Ultima Online service with the character you wish to receive the Hooded Shroud of Shadows

  3. Click on the “Help” button on your paperdoll or Character window.

  4. Click on the “Claim a Hooded Shroud of Shadows” button at the top of the Help menu.


  5. You will be prompted to enter your promotional code EXACTLY as it appears when it was given to you.


  6. Your code will be verified and if valid, a Hooded Shroud will be placed in your bank box.

You must have a valid code and active Ultima Online account to receive the Hooded Shroud of Shadows. Shrouds have no cash value and may only be used within the Ultima Online game service.
