Driver Status:

This information can be obtained by running DXDIAG.EXE, which should be located on your computer if you have installed DirectX. To run DXDIAG, click on START, select Find, then Files or Folders. When the window appears, type in DXDIAG and press enter. When the file shows up, simply double-click on it to run. From the info in the DXDIAG screen, please fill out the form fields below. This information is not manditory, however it can be extremely helpful in troubleshooting your difficulty.
