MEET THE STAFF

We want to be certain that your experience in Ultima Online is a positive one right from the start. To ensure this, we've created a support staff who work together to provide the answers to your UO questions.

The Ultima Online support team is organized to provide you with easy access to answers you need, day or night. All support team members wear hooded robes in a specific color to help you identify them in the game.

If at any time you feel you aren't getting the best treatment possible from our support staff, please be sure to make note of the staff name and contact us by using the In-game GM Incident Review link on this page.

The following group is officially affiliated with Ultima Online as part of the support team:

Game Master Game Masters (GMs) - The Ultima Online GameMasters handle emergency and disciplinary issues within the game. GameMasters may answer questions such as:

  • "My boat won't dock! What do I do?"
  • "One of my items is broken, and I can't play. Can it be fixed?"
  • "I'm stuck in this location and can't move. Can you help me?"
  • "My spellbook won't function, what should I do?"

    Game Masters always wear red robes, but do occasionally answer calls while invisible. To be safe, after placing a call for help, always watch the lower left area of your screen for a GM response.
