How much will the Current Customer Upgrade CD cost to order?

The Current Customer Upgrade Promotion is offering the Ultima Online: Third Dawn CD plus the map of the new land of Ilshenar along with a collector's version cloth map of the lands of Britannia for $9.95 plus shipping ($4.95 US, Puerto Rico or $6.95 International). Also, each CD order is a unique order and is billed and shipped separately. There is no order limit per account.

Can I order the Current Customer Upgrade CD if my account is inactive?

No - you must have an active account which is in good standing to be able to access the ordering website. By "in good standing" we mean that the account is current in terms of payment and is not suspended for TOS issues.

I entered my address incorrectly when ordering my CD. How can I change it before my CD is shipped?

CDs are shipping extremely quickly once you receive your order confirmation email, however if you act quickly, usually within 24 hours of placing your order, you may be able to get changes processed prior to shipping. The best way to initiate an address change is to call DotCom Distribution (our contracted shipping partner) at: 1-866-277-7106. If you do not receive your CD in seven business days (US orders) or twenty-one days (International), please contact DotCom Distribution via email at uo3doffer@dotcomdist.com. Please note: the email address is for inquiries only. You cannot order a Third Dawn CD by contacting DotCom Distribution directly.

If I have to cancel my order, how do I do that?

If for any reason you have to cancel your order, it is best to react quickly before the CD actually ships out. The best way to get the cancellation request in quickly is to call our 24-hour customer support line at: 1-866-277-7106.

I don't have a credit card. Can I order the CD?

No. For this offer the only acceptable forms of payment are credit cards including: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discovery.

I was asked to enter my password on the order form. I thought you never asked for passwords?

While we will never contact you directly to ask for your account password, there are certain instances where we require authentication that you are an Ultima Online customer. For example, both modifying your existing account and registering for a MyUO account require that you tell us your account name and password via a secure web page. However, you should never give out your account and password information on a website that is not located at http://www.uo.com or http://www.ultima-registration.com.

For the Ultima Online: Third Dawn Upgrade Offer, we require this information to confirm that you are a current subscriber to Ultima Online.

After submitting my order how will I know that the order went through successfully and that I will be receiving my CD?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed shortly after submitting your order. Additionally, when you order is shipped out, you will again receive an email confirmation update as well notifying you of that change in your order status.

I live outside the United States, but have a United States billing address on my credit card. How can I order my CD?

The form for CD orders from outside the US will now allow you to select US, Canadian, and Mexican addresses for credit card billing.

I have multiple UO accounts. Can I order multiple CDs?

Yes. If you have multiple accounts, you may order multiple CDs. Also, we are not limiting the number of CDs you can order as an active account holder.

I was a member of the Ultima Online: Third Dawn Alpha test or Beta test. Will my CD work once the live retail version is available? Can I patch up online?

Yes. Both the Alpha CDs and the Beta CDs will patch to the final Ultima Online: Third Dawn release.

Is there a limited number of Upgrade CDs available since they are also coming with the extra gift of a cloth map?

At this time we have projected sales based on previous experience and it should enable all interested current players to take advantage of the offer.

I'm trying to order a CD and the order form doesn't have any blanks! How do I fill this out?
